In our work together, I’ll help you slow things down and make sense of what your mind and body have been carrying. My approach is calm, practical, and trauma-informed, with space for both emotional support and real tools you can use day to day. I draw from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also bringing a holistic, functional-medicine-informed lens to chronic illness, environmental sensitivities, and nervous system safety.

I understand that anxiety, illness, and sensitivities can affect every part of life, from your relationships and career to your identity and sense of hope. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the mountains and connecting with nature. I’m also an avid reader with a love for fantasy and historical nonfiction.
