Hi, I’m Andrea. I love working with people whose experiences don't always fit neatly into the boxes society expects—neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ folks, members of the disability community, caregivers, and those navigating major life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, disability-related experiences, and individuals who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood or "different." As someone who values authenticity and connection, I strive to create a therapeutic space where all parts of you are welcome.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human relationship built on trust, curiosity, and respect. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I'll meet you where you are, help you explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, and support you in building tools that align with your values and goals.
Before becoming a social worker, I spent 14 years as an elementary school teacher.
