"If you are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma or feeling stuck in any kind of life, identity, or career transition, I can help. My goal is to help you feel better so you can embrace life’s highs and weather the lows. I’m LGBTQIA+ allied and work with adults and teens aged 15 and older. I have a special love for working with outdoor adventurers, students, and athletes. If you are looking to grow in areas you feel stuck, change troublesome relationship patterns, or better understand your emotions, reach out!
We all have unique stories and circumstances, and I tailor my approach to each individual client. Sometimes, we might build emotional regulation skills as we breathe and feel our feet on the ground; other times, we might tackle a deep-rooted thought about not being good enough, or a painful recurring relationship pattern. However the work looks, I am collaborative, present-moment focused, and draw from Gestalt, mindfulness, somatic work, CBT, and DBT therapies.
Personally, I am an avid rock climber, snowboarder, and meanderer of trails. I nurture my sense of wonder, gratitude, and motivation by connecting with the earth. These pursuits not only reflect my adventurous spirit but also serve as metaphors for overcoming challenges and embracing life's peaks and valleys. I am excited to work with you!"
