Telehealth is easy, accessible, and
effective

Telehealth is a great option when you're trying to fit counseling into your busy schedule, or if you live in a rural area, or are working from home. It's generally easy, accessible, and effective.

Our telehealth platform can be used from a phone or a computer. There is an app available, but you can also access sessions without downloading anything.

Is telehealth right for me?

  • Do you keep telling yourself you need to start counseling, but can't find the time?

  • Do you live in a more remote area and don't want to drive into town to see a therapist?

  • Struggle to fit one more thing in between work, school, or family?

  • Or simply, want to talk to someone from the comfort of your own desk?

Then telehealth might be right for you!

A few things to consider

Telehealth works best when a scheduled weekly (or biweekly) appointment sounds like just about the right level of support for you. If you feel you might need more intensive services, an in-person setting might be a better fit.

Additionally, you'll want to make sure that you have a private space with internet or cell service from which to do your session.
