Brittany: counseling informed by
mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and yoga therapy.

You are intelligent, strong, and resourceful, but right now you need a little extra support. Maybe you’re anxious, sad, tired, suffering a loss, or just feel like something needs to change. As a licensed professional counselor, I’ll work with you in finding balance in your life, processing grief, or trauma, and ultimately coming back to a sense of joy.

I draw from mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), art therapy, my experience as a certified yoga instructor, as well as my ongoing training in treating trauma. I am passionate about supporting women through the cycles of their lives. Tired parents, holistically minded people feeling their way through transitions, students and young adults finding congruence in the world are all good fits for my style. 

I love exploring the mind-body connection in the therapy process, as well as my own life. I am an avid indoor cyclist and yoga instructor. I enjoy painting, photography, and traveling across the country in my retro Winnebago. I look forward to working with you!
