I aim to provide a safe space where you feel comfortable and confident exploring your inner-self, nurturing your relationships, expanding your deepest curiosities, and healing any emotional wounds along the way. It's a huge step to reach out for support. The journey may be difficult–therapy is not easy–but my goal is for each client to have a positive therapeutic experience while we're working together.

I'm a rather eclectic therapist. I prefer to take a holistic approach and draw from a wide range of skills and modalities--such as Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR--to meet each client where they are in the moment. In my experience, a 'one size fits all' approach doesn't honor that every person has a different set of needs and enters therapy for different reasons.

I'm a little nerdy and eclectic as a person too. I'm originally from NY state and moved to Colorado about 3 years ago. I'm an avid hobbyist, plant mom, cat mom and lizard mom.
